We may be able to send out a set of sample reports created from similar projects with other clients, or if appropriate we can supply a demonstration program to illustrate our data solutions. We have reference clients whom you can speak to about the process of customised application development from the user point of view.
We work closely with our clients and this could involve a meeting at your business premises to learn more about your organisation and analyse clearly your data management requirements. Our projects generally emulate existing routines and you may be able to provide an outline specification of your requirements together with sample data in hard-copy or electronic form, reports or data collection forms. An initial plan for a solution will be developed into a system specification and quotation document which defines clearly the proposed Cleverdata solution.
Upon agreement of a specification and confirmation of order, development will begin according to a pre-defined time scale.
Your application will be developed off-site and installed when it is operational. If you have live data it may be possible to import this into the new application. It is not normally necessary to take live data off-site. The new system should dovetail with your existing procedures and quickly be operational. If training is necessary this can be provided.
It is often difficult to visualise the end-product at the start of a project, and therefore on-going customisation after installation, based upon client feed-back once live data is in the new system, is usual. Most clients ask at some point “Could the system also …” and the answer is usually, “Yes!”.
Post-installation support is provided by telephone or e-mail and if necessary on-site visits.
